Joshua Smibert is the founder and CEO of publishing company Tinder, which provides publishing tools, subscription and user management to web publishers and a premium reading environment for readers. Tinder is set to launch in early 2012.

He also co-founded Carbon Ads, an invite only, targeted Ad network that today reaches 30 million creative professionals through over 200 publishers and is a founder and managing editor for Fuel Brand Network, a group of web publications targeting creatives.

Australian by birth, he's an amateur explorer, part time superhero and full time dad to his two boys Grayson and Ronin.
